All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Famous Lockers and protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to change these terms at our discretion.
We reserve the right to make changes to the information, illustrations, products, services, specifications and availability without notice and without incurring obligations or liability of any kind.
We reserve the right to cancel any order consisting of products listed at an incorrect price due to typing, programming errors, etc. We will promptly contact you if any such error is discovered before making any adjustments.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless credit has been approved by our accounting department.
Quotations are valid for (30) days unless otherwise stated on your quote. We reserve the right to alter a quotation at any time for any reason, or to decline an order for any reason.
Weights listed on our website are approximate shipping weights.
Material must be inspected at time of delivery and any damage to packaging or product must be notated on the form given from the carrier that there is damage. No damage claims will be considered unless the delivery receipt was signed for as damaged. We reserve the right to charge a $100 administrative charge in addition to a 30% re-stocking charge for any returned, unassembled lockers. Assembled, stock lockers have a 45% re-stocking charge (plus $100 administrative fee). Production or special orders cannot be canceled after being released to production. Production items are non-returnable.
